Analysis and subsequent action to ensure that processes, services and systems comply with the current Privacy legislation using the legal and IT skills of a certificated Privacy Officer.
- Initial analysis of company business to check compliance with the minimum requisites set out by Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. (….)
- Risk Assessment to indicate the type of data processed (personal, sensitive and judicial), the existing databases, the ‘Processing purpose’ and the managers attributed.
- Analysis of the adequacy of video-surveillance systems and their use, with respect to current legislation, in different company sites.
- Checks, analysis and adaptation to the provisions of GDPR 679/2016.
