Milan: security consulting for Corso Como Place 

High level of environmental sustainability - guaranteed due to “Nearly Zero Energy Building” international standard - smart strategy and integration between design and IOT technologies for functional spaces and creative environments, innovation and comfort, are all aspects designed for Corso Como Place – the new Accenture Italia Office - which will be realized thanks to COIMA’s commitment, planned for security levels adequate to the new international standards. 

As Security Consultant Partner, Secursat has carried out a Risk Analysis and Security Assessment in order to integrate the security in Via Bonnet context, part of the new urban regeneration project that involved Porta Nuova’s area in Milan. 

Secursat has analyzed the evolution of the possible future risk scenarios of the urban area and, in particular, of the external spaces adjacent to the complex of buildings, to create accessible environment according to flexibility and simplicity logic and, at the same time, giving safe.

This kind of analysis has already been completed for GIOIA 22,  COIMA’s tower in Milan which is going to take the place of the ex INPS building.

Working in a multidisciplinary team with architects, engineers, designers, Secursat tried to outline the guidelines for a security idea that is not founded on control, barriers and complexity, but a security that stimulates the simplifications made possible by technological innovations, in order to create new analysis model to protect space and people and to realize a smart security capable of acting without boundaries.
