Numbers and results 2022: one year after the opening of the new Technology Hub

It is now about a year since the opening of our new headquarters in Torre Monforte, in the heart of Milan, where we have set up our 'hub' dedicated to security, a physical and virtual place where we can monitor, analyse, verify, but also experiment and test, solutions and technologies for a different model of security management: an innovative model of value creation.

It is on the creation of value that we have, in fact, set up our business model, a value created and focused on our customers but also within our company. Today we are happy to report that, thanks in part to these major investments, we have achieved +11.2% in revenues with an Ebitda of 11%, a 10% growth in assets and a positive cashflow of +20% vs. 2021.

Important results also achieved thanks to approximately 2,400 hours of training distributed at all company levels, a 33% increase in the recruitment, in 2022 alone, of women in the team, and accompanied by results in terms of creating value for all our stakeholders.

In fact, our remote management model geared towards sustainable horizons has enabled us to increase the reduction in kilometres travelled by 10% and the CO2 reduction by 15%, thanks to the optimisation of repeated activities and, above all, thanks to the remoteisation of traditional activities. We also increased our company 'forest' to over 100 trees and invested in activities to raise awareness among our staff and customers against food waste, promoting a healthy lifestyle with over 190 kg of fruit distributed to employees alone.

We strengthened our support to sports associations of different levels in the territories that have seen us grow, Piedmont and Lombardy, in order to share our value with the communities and strengthen the ideals behind our ideas, and obtained two awards for our projects and activities. Thus, our sports projects have seen Secursat SBA Asti win the category championship, gaining promotion to the C Gold series, and AC Monza achieve important victories in the A series championship.

It is thanks to these results that we are preparing to face new challenges in the creation of a leading group in the construction of a digital and sustainable security. New projects, new partnerships await us in 2023 to continue growing and talking about innovation.
